Radiant Panels - Series RP-C

• Special low mass corrugated metallic elements.
• Very fast responding.
• Heat up time of 10-15 seconds from a cold start.
• Cool down to a safe temperature in 10-15 seconds.
• Watt densities up to 50 watts per square inch.
• Element temperatures up to 1600 degrees F.
• 120-480 volt configurations within design limitations.
• Very rigid 1/8" thick extruded aluminum case.
• Stainless steel protective face screen.
• 1/4-20 x 1" bolts or 1/4-20 tapped holes for mounting.
• 2 x 4 J-box with 12" of high temp lead wires.
• Heater thickness 3.75" or with protective face screen 4.75".
• Max width 24 inches.
• Max length 16 feet.
• In plant repairability.
  
• When controlled and used properly these heaters will have a long operating life.

Radiant Panels - Series RP-S & Series RP-SA

• The Series RP-SA have holes between the elements and blowers on the back of the heater for air flow through the heater.
• A unique RPI serpentine element design.
• Fast responding
• Heat up time of 25 seconds from cold start
• Cool down to a safe temperature zone in 25 seconds. (Series RP-SA coolfaster)
• Watt densities up to 50 watts per square inch.
• Element temperature up to 2100 degrees F.
• 120-480 volt configurations within design limitations
• Very solid 1/8" thick extruded aluminum case.
• Stainless steel protective face screen.
• 1/4-20 x 1" bolts or 1/4-20 tapped holes for mounting.
• 2 x 4 J-box with 12" of high temp lead wires.
• Heater thickness 3.75" or with protective face screen 4.75".
• Max width 24 inches.

Radiant Panels - Series RP-G

• We use the highest quality components available to manufacture a heater that will have a long life.
• Manufactured to your specifications.
• E-Z clean black glass/ceramic radiation surface.
• Radiation surface temperatures to 1200 degrees F.
• Can withstand minor impact without damage.
• Will heat all colors equally well.
• Very uniform heat.
• Industrial quality aluminized steel case.
• Slimline 3" thick design
• 1/4 -20 weld nuts or 1/4-20 x 1" weld studs for mounting.
• 2 x 4 J-box with 12" of high temp lead wires.
• Max width 24".
• Max length 60".
• Elements run in the direction of heater length.
• Available in 120-480 volt / single or three phase.
• Wattages from 5 to 20 watts per square inch.
  
• Heat up time of 5-10 minutes
